How to Get your CSC user ID and password:-

Friends, if you have applied for csc and you have not yet received your digimail and csc id password, then the way I am going to tell you is by doing your own digimail and your service id password by yourself  Can only be extracted from  So let's know the whole process how to get your csc ID password.  First we will find the ID, password of digimail.

How To find the Digimail ID password:

To know your csc's user id and password, you must first go to your csc website.  You can access your csc website by clicking on this link and clicking here; After opening the link, the homepage of the website will open, which will be something like this, see in the image below.



‌Now you have to click on Status and see in the red circle in the image above.

‌ After clicking on the status button, you will have to fill your application id in the page that opens.

After filling the application id details, you have to fill captcha code and then you have to click on submit button.

After clicking on submit button, you will get to know the status of your application.

If your application has been approved, you will get some such message.

“Thank you for registering with us.  Your account has been created, kindly check the email address submitted during registration for your account details.  Or click on the following link: click here ”.

You have to click on the "Click Here" button. 

 Now you will have to enter your Aadhaar number in the page which will open and appear in front of you.

And in Authentication Type, you have to select Fingerprint.

For this, you should have a "fingerprint device".

You have to take Fingerprint device of Morpho 1300 E2 model.

After this you have to fill the captcha code.  And click on submit.

After submitting the new page will be loaded.

In which you have to tick in an empty column.  After ticking the light of your fingerprint device will burn and you will have to verify your fingerprint.  

After that, the continue button will appear, after clicking on it, you will go to the next page.

On the next page you will find the email id of your digimail and id of digital service.

Now you have got your own csc ID and now you have to know your password.

To find the password, we have to click on Click here to reset Digi MAil Password.

After clicking, there will be an option to choose a new password, in which you will enter your new password and click on submit.

Now you will get the message of password change.

This password will take 24 hours to activate.

After 24 hours you have to log in by using your Digimail id and your password on mail.digimail.in mail.

After logging into Digimail, check the mail, you will get the ID password of the Digital Service.

If you do not find the mail in the inbox, then you go to the junk folder and check.

Digital sewa Password to find out:

If you have not received the password of Digital sewa, then go to digitalseva.csc.gov.in and click on the Login button, click on click forgot password.  

After clicking forgot password, the page which will open there, you will get the option to change the password. See below



You have to enter your digital service username in username and your digimail email address in the email.  After entering the code for captcha, click on get a new password, you will be sent your digital service ie your csc password on your digimail.
